The Management has the right to:

  • make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements
  • refuse entry
  • admit latecomers at the discretion of the House Manager
  • prohibit the use of mobile phones, tablets, cameras and recording equipment
  • exchange tickets for another performance of the same show subject to availability, 48 hours’ notice and an administration fee of £1
  • operate a non-refund policy, with the exception of returns caused by events related to the coronavirus crisis, including customers who have tested positive, are experiencing symptoms or have been told to isolate
  • void tickets sold on profit or personal/commercial gain
  • conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Coliseum, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience

* Due to the coronavirus crisis we have updated our terms and conditions. Bookers may now return tickets up to 24 hours before a performance and receive a refund or exchange if they have tested positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms or have been told to isolate. Within 24 hours of the performance bookers can exchange tickets to credit for these reasons.

BAG CHECKS

We limit the size and number of bags that can be brought into the Coliseum. Audiences are only allowed to bring in one bag per person and the maximum bag size permitted is 40cm x 35cm x 19cm. We are not able to admit oversized bags.

Bags containing necessary medical equipment, or buggies and equipment for use in childcare, will be permitted, subject to the owners agreeing that these items may need to be inspected.

Belongings should not be left unattended at any time; this can cause a security issue and may lead to evacuation.

Our security measures are under constant review and we reserve the right to change arrangements at short notice.
