Scripts and Scribbles
Scripts was a fun and friendly play reading group exploring a range of different texts.
Scribbles was our writing group for everyone, including complete beginners. During sessions, the group was guided by a professional playwright, and worked on different aspects of playwriting including: character, structure, dialogue, generating ideas, and developing a writing practice.
Roots to Routes
A programme of training and development for people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. Roots to Routes offered different levels of support, mentorship and training opportunities for individuals or groups who wish to enter into the performing arts industry, enhance their skills and grow their networks.
Acting Classes
The Actor Class was a series of sessions for adults to learn more about acting, in partnership with Ludovico Studio and actor Darren Jeffries
Full Circle
Full Circle was a friendly and welcoming group for anyone over 50 and interested in trying new things and meeting new people.
Full Circle met on a fortnightly basis during term time for talks and activities relating to the theatre, the arts and the local area.
Theatre Club
For no extra cost to ticket prices, Theatre Club was a group for adults attending the theatre on their own who would enjoy some like-minded company.
Theatre Club was established in 2019 as part of the Local Lives project delivered in partnership with Regenda Homes

our Steering group questioned our work, considering themes relating to our programmes, the theatre building, what the theatre means/could mean to you and how we can make our work more inclusive and accessible.
